I could probably write a novel about Carley’s Kusina. Here’s the short version. I’ll start off by saying Ashley and CJ are pros. They have a passion for food but most importantly they treat each client with the utmost kindness and attention.

This year, we have ordered the Pork Belly Lechon 5 times to feed our guests for Superbowl, NCAA Final Four, Mother’s Day, Fourth of July, and my mom’s surprise birthday party. The skin is always extra crispy while the meat is tender and moist. You can always count on this consistently. If we are lucky enough to have leftovers, we use our food saver to store and freeze it. Surprisingly, the skin stayed crispy and the meat was still tender and moist, even after a few weeks!

The chicken wings are perfectly fried, finger lickin’ and lip smackin’… it’s so good! It’s almost shamelessly addictive and some people couldn’t stop eating them! Always a winner winner chicken dinner every..single…time!

The desserts really steal the show at the sweets section of our kitchen island. We’ve had the privilege to serve each flavor of the cheesecake cups, bibingka cups, biko cups, and ube cookies! I’m tempted to keep it all for ourselves but sharing is caring and I love my family and friends. The cups are vibrantly colorful and the flavors are just as amazing. Which is my favorite? The mango, umm… the pineapple, the pandan….ALL OF THEM! It’s really hard to choose!

We look forward to hosting events because of Carley’s Kusina! We already scheduled our next event with them and including more dishes for their menu. Can’t wait! We can always count on Ashley and CJ to make great food! Even when it’s short notice, they seem to always make it work and arrive on time. We really appreciate their hard work and so happy for their success! We love them and highly recommend them! Do it, you won’t regret it!

My dad turned 86 this month of December and in honor of his birthday I ordered the Pork Belly Lechon. From the initial order (with several schedule date changes) to the delivery day, their customer service was by far exceptional and professional!

The Pork Belly Lechon was enjoyed by my family and several compliments were made by our non Filipino relatives. They had never tasted such crispness in the skin and the meat was so tender and moist. That being said, I will certainly be ordering more catered food for our parties from Carley’s Kusina.

Oh, and furthermore, their desserts are sublime! I also ordered the Ube and Mango Cheesecake Cups which were a huge hit! My youngest son coveted the extra cheesecakes that were still left in the fridge stating that it was ALL his! Haha!

Definitely a recommendation to all who enjoy a tasteful presentation of Filipino food and sweets. They bring families together through their passion for great food. I can not give them enough praise for all the hard work they’ve put into doing what they do for their customers.
